Remote Intake Coordinator & Admin for Private-Pay Psych

EleVolve Therapy And Wellness is seeking an Intake Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to act as the warm, polished client concierge for a private-pay psychotherapy practice. The role is part-time, remote, with 5 hours per week and potential for growth, starting at $18 per hour.

You will handle intake paperwork, scheduling, client inquiries, HIPAA-compliant communications, and support with EHR, billing, and light marketing as the practice grows.
