Job description
Support food production in Sewlyn, Ontario, by operating equipment, inspecting products, and following GMP and workplace safety standards. This full-time role pays $19.60 CAD hourly.
As a Production Support Team Member, you will help produce high-quality products while supporting safe, organized operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will monitor equipment, move products, and work with teammates toward daily production goals. The work requires attention to quality, procedures, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to procedures
- Inspect products and remove those missing quality standards
- Move, stack, lift, push, and pull products
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces
- Report equipment, quality, and safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds
- Basic math calculation skills
- Understanding of food safety and quality
- Availability for various shifts when needed
