Senior Clinician

Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is seeking a Senior Clinical Advisor, Age-Friendly Health Systems, to lead clinical and health-system strategies for AFHS. You will oversee senior-level guidance, co-lead grant initiatives, and help health systems implement the 4Ms with rigorous measurement and spread.

The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer, works with the AFHS team, and engages in national meetings to advance age-friendly care.
