Senior Construction Procurement Agent

Lead complex construction procurement with supplier negotiation and project purchasing expertise at BVGlazing Systems. Support manufacturing and project schedules through coordinated material delivery.

As Senior Purchasing Agent, you will lead procurement for glazing, windows, railings, and building envelope projects. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will manage sourcing, supplier relationships, budgets, and commercial agreements. Your work supports cost savings, risk mitigation, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead purchasing activities for large, complex construction projects
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
• Manage project buyouts, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
• Coordinate material deliveries supporting production and project schedules

Requirements:

• Six or more years purchasing experience in relevant industries
• Experience managing procurement for large-scale, complex projects
• Knowledge of architectural metals, glazing, aluminum, and railings
• Strong negotiation, contract, and vendor management skills
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
