Cambridge Ford Shuttle Driver

Drive customers safely for Cambridge Ford while using route planning and courteous communication to support dealership service trips. Evening and weekend shifts may be scheduled.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will transport customers between requested destinations while their vehicles are with Cambridge Ford. The work combines safe driving, customer service, scheduling, vehicle checks, and accurate records. You will coordinate with the Service team and dealership staff about pickups, delays, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport customers safely to requested destinations
• Coordinate pickup times with the Service team
• Follow traffic laws and adjust for conditions
• Keep shuttle vehicles clean and report maintenance needs
• Complete trip records and computer entries accurately

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence and satisfactory driving abstract
• Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
• Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and high school diploma
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
