Inside Sales Support Customer Service

Support customer orders, quotations, and vendor pricing with W.W. Grainger, using strong communication and problem-solving skills in an inside service role.

This Inside Customer Service Representative position handles requests from customers and WFS Account Managers. You will pursue special contract pricing, manage follow-ups, and apply billing and freight instructions. The role also requires independent work, timely organization, and commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders and prepare customer quotations
• Seek special contract pricing from vendors
• Follow billing and inbound freight instructions
• Review reports and make necessary inquiries
• Support WFS Quality Management System activities

Requirements:

• Minimum one to two years customer service experience
• Strong work ethic and personal commitment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management and deadline discipline
