CMM PROGRAMMER & OPERATOR

📍 Location: Concord, ON
💰 Pay Rate: $–$/hour (depending on experience)
📅 Position: Temporary to Permanent
⏰ Start Date: ASAP

Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in precision-engineered components, is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer & Operator to join their Quality team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CMM programming, particularly using ZEISS Calypso software, and a solid background in dimensional inspection, quality control, and aerospace inspection standards

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6: AM–4: PM (4 openings)

  Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4: PM–2: AM (4 openings)

  Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8: PM–6: AM (1 opening)

  Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6: AM–6: PM (3 openings)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• REQUIREMENTS:

  Post-secondary education in Engineering or similar Minimum three (3) years of experience with CMM/quality control and Calypso software. Excellent communication skills and attention to details Able to work with minimum supervision Ability to handle stress, pressure and deadlines Experience using quality engineering techniques/tools related to inspection processes Experience using Microsoft Office

  SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES

  Good written and verbal communication skills in English Methodical and organized with a clear attention to detail Good time management skills Analytical and critical thinking skills

  WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Must be able to communicate verbally and have the ability to hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to thirty () pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty () pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
