Logistics Operator Brantford Bakery

Operate powered equipment and move bakery materials onsite at Aspire Bakeries in Brantford, Ontario, supporting production and logistics operations. Work a 12-hour rotating continental schedule covering biweekly days and nights.

As a Logistics Operator, you will safely move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. You will support production, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and customer fulfillment. The role requires forklift experience, equipment certification, and attention to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials and finished goods using powered equipment
• Supply materials to production and picking lines
• Execute accurate shipping and receiving processes
• Maintain inventory documentation and system transactions
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean and safe

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Two to three years of forklift operating experience
• Valid certification for Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond, and High Reach equipment
• English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and complete physical tasks
