QA Manager

Optum is seeking a Manager, Claims Quality to lead the day-to-day work of the Claims Quality team across Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Claims in a national remote role.

The position requires people leadership, audit calibration, and continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, reduce defects, and ensure audit readiness. You will collaborate with Claims Operations, Clinical Quality, Compliance, Analytics, and other partners to drive quality outcomes.
