Remote Customer Operations Manager - Defense Hardware

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join the Sales Operations team. You will act as the primary post-sales liaison between manufacturing and our North America customers, coordinating purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery to align with each customer's production roadmap.

You will travel up to 30% to visit customers and Silvus HQ, lead delivery performance reviews, and collaborate with demand planners to translate forecasts into actionable manufacturing
