Job description
Lead complex engineering changes and product configuration work onsite in Waterdown, Ontario, using PLM, ERP, and configuration management expertise.
As a Specialist Engineering Change Analyst at L3Harris, you will independently execute sustaining and NPI engineering changes. The position requires BOM management, technical documentation interpretation, and cross-functional coordination. You will support product data integrity and configuration practices across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sustaining and NPI engineering changes
- Review changes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Build and validate product BOM structures and baselines
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and resolve configuration issues
- Monitor metrics, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with PLM, PDM, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Configuration Management principles, EIA 649, and ISO 10007
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods registration and Canadian security clearance
