This role supports pharmacy operations through prescription intake, patient information entry, stock management, and pharmacist communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive written prescriptions and refill requests
• Enter patient and prescription information into the computer
• Order, receive, return, and correct inventory stock
• Check expiry dates and balance owing
• Communicate allergy interactions and billing information

Requirements:

• Complete an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program
• Have two years of dispensary experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bring a strong work ethic and get-it-done attitude
• Kroll computer experience is an asset
