Job description
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Journeyman Service Performance / SLA Analyst to lead performance measurement, governance, operational analytics, and reporting for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The role focuses on developing KPIs, SLAs, and SLAs while analyzing data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
The analyst will support the ITSM Plan and Service Management System, producing actionable insights for service owners, leadership, and Government stakeholders.
