MRO Inventory Supervisor

Lead MRO inventory and purchasing operations for Maple Leaf Foods at Lagimodiere, managing spare parts, suppliers, and warehouse accuracy.

As MRO Supervisor, you will oversee demand-to-fulfillment activities for maintenance and operations. The role manages inventory levels, purchasing practices, warehouse operations, replenishment, supplier sourcing, and staff development. You will report MRO metrics and support food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance spare parts, consumables, and service purchasing
• Develop alternative suppliers and manage sourcing activities
• Optimize replenishment criteria and inventory levels
• Coach storekeepers, purchasers, receivers, and coordinators
• Analyze MRO metrics and report to leadership

Requirements:

• Three to five years in MRO purchasing, inventory, or maintenance management
• College diploma in purchasing or inventory management
• Supply chain or procurement management certification
• Strong negotiation, personnel management, and analytical skills
• ERP or MRP experience; strong SAP knowledge is an asset
