This regular full-time position supports workforce planning, budgeting, operations, and legislative needs through reliable reporting and analytics. The HRIS Data Analyst analyzes dashboards, audits payroll information, reconciles discrepancies, and improves data management processes. The position collaborates with HR Systems Specialists and stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and other departments. It also provides system support, reporting solutions, and training for technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data supporting workforce planning and budgeting
- Create and maintain reports and visual dashboards
- Monitor accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
- Reconcile payroll and HR data discrepancies
- Deliver reporting solutions and system training
Requirements:
- Three years of workforce analytics or business intelligence experience
- Diploma or degree in analytics, HR, business, or systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
