Branch Operations Representative

Support branch operations at Avenir Energy Ltd. through inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer service. This field-based work requires organization and accuracy.

As a Branch Representative, you will support local branch performance through administrative and operational tasks. Your work includes Office 365, record maintenance, customer communication, and financial administration. You will coordinate with branch leadership, delivery drivers, service teams, and customers while addressing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management, order processing, and dispatch coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock order, and supply records
• Coordinate timely service with delivery drivers and service teams
• Process orders and schedule deliveries or services
• Support branch leadership with operational challenges and daily activities

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Office 365
