Bilingual Parts Specialist Dorval

Use bilingual French and English communication skills as a full-time Parts Specialist with Alta Material Handling in Dorval, QC. Work first shift, Monday through Friday.

This Parts Specialist supports Alta Material Handling’s Dorval branch through parts ordering, customer service, and warehouse activities. The position requires at least two years of parts department experience, general mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and strong people skills. Daily work includes communicating with customers, technicians, employees, and business partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter orders and source or order required parts
• Handle shipping, receiving, and parts department stocking
• Answer customer and technician calls promptly
• Serve internal technicians and external customers at the counter
• Prepare internal and external parts quotes

Requirements:

• Bilingual French and English oral and written communication skills
• Minimum two years of parts department experience
• General mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic and good people skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
