UPS Revenue Recovery Specialist

Use package scanning and billing accuracy skills in a permanent Revenue Recovery role at UPS, supporting revenue integrity through precise processing.

This UPS position focuses on scanning, weighing, and dimensioning packages with approved systems. You will correct billing discrepancies, follow revenue recovery procedures, and communicate exceptions with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors. The work requires accurate data handling and safe package movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems
• Correct weight, dimension, service-level, and missing-data discrepancies
• Process packages according to UPS audit standards
• Report damaged packages, irregulars, and system issues promptly
• Meet productivity, quality, and valid scan targets

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and equipment operation ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 pounds
• Dependable, punctual, and available for assigned shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work safely
