Wire Transfer Payment Analyst

Handle domestic and international wire requests in Toronto using customer service, payment processing, and careful document collection. This is a full-time contract role.

As a Payment Analyst supporting U.S. Payments Processing, you will serve first-point-of-contact representatives. The work involves wire origination, initial callback disclosures, customer information, regulatory requirements, and client problem resolution. You will follow documented procedures and RBC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer wire transfer origination calls and collect required information
• Complete initial callback verbatim disclosures for wire requests
• Process incoming and outgoing wires using documented controls
• Resolve client issues while maintaining attentive service
• Escalate complaints, interest claims, and suspicious transactions promptly

Requirements:

• Customer service or contact centre experience
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Fluency with Microsoft Office products and technological independence
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Knowledge of payments procedures, BESS, SWIFT, or Fed Line preferred
