Assistant General Manager Sales Training

Lead sales training and member experience at GoodLife Fitness in Airdrie, Alberta, developing associates and supporting daily club management.

As Assistant General Manager, you will onboard, coach, and develop employees assisting members with health and fitness goals. You will educate associates on sales and relationship building to drive memberships. You will also support the General Manager with day-to-day club oversight and management.

• Train associates supporting new and current members
• Educate teams on sales and relationship building

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Ability to set and achieve individual goals
• Proven success leading, training, and motivating diverse teams
