As Contract Trainer, you will lead training for Security Officers, Supervisors, and Duty Managers. You will build programmes covering protective security, risk management, and security operations. The role includes collaboration with operational leadership and the customer, with a dotted line to the Head of Operational Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design contract-specific training aligned with operational risk
• Deliver induction, refresher, and role-specific training
• Coach supervisors and managers through on-the-job development
• Assess competence and maintain auditable training records
• Use incidents and audits to improve training capability

Requirements:

• Proven security industry training experience
• Ten-plus years’ security experience and subject expertise
• Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training
• Mandatory Level 3 First Aid at Work
• Valid SIA Licence or ability to obtain
