Hybrid E-commerce Bookkeeper Montreal

Support accurate reconciliations and month-end close as a hybrid Bookkeeper with Sahah Naturals in Montreal, working three office days weekly.

This temporary contract runs immediately through March 2027, supporting the Controller within Sahah Naturals’ finance team. The hands-on work spans e-commerce and retail sales, bank reconciliations, corporate credit cards, foreign currency adjustments, and QuickBooks records. It suits someone who works carefully and gets up to speed quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post weekly sales receipts across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and other channels
• Reconcile channel payouts, corporate credit cards and monthly bank transactions
• Record foreign currency adjustments and reconcile USD balances
• Update month-end schedules and prepare journal entries for review
• Maintain QuickBooks inventory records and supporting documentation

Requirements:

• Two to three-plus years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Hands-on month-end close experience and strong reconciliation skills
• Accounting diploma or degree, or related education
• QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, Slack, Asana and Google Workspace skills
• Immediate availability through March 2027; forty hours weekly
