CNC Operator Precision Machining

Set up and operate laser machine tools as a CNC Operator in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal, producing high-precision mechanical components.

This permanent night-shift position supports machining and metal fabrication operations. You will follow technical drawings, inspect dimensions, adjust equipment, and report production anomalies. The schedule runs 10 hours nightly from Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce compliant mechanical parts following industrial drawings
• Set up and operate laser machine tools safely
• Measure parts with micrometers and calipers
• Report flaws, anomalies, and non-conformities promptly
• Adjust equipment to maintain required tolerances

Requirements:

• Vocational diploma in CNC machining or equivalent training
• Three to five years’ precision machining experience
• Basic mathematical calculation and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• English communication skills for blueprints and documents
