Job description
Support Oracle Cerner security and core applications remotely as a Clinical Systems Analyst, using system testing and workflow analysis skills.
This temporary full-time, approximately four-month position supports the Regional Health Information System for the South East Hospital Cluster. The Clinical Systems Analyst maintains, updates, and optimizes a product component under general supervision. The work includes rotational on-call support, requirements gathering, end-user troubleshooting, and workflow changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Oracle user access and security roles
- Maintain organizational, facility, location, and security builds
- Coordinate end-user issue resolution and system support
- Conduct unit, integration, and quality assurance testing
- Provide rotational on-call support
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum two years of recent clinical informatics experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Millennium architecture and functionality
- Experience with user provisioning and access management
- Experience using an electronic ITIL incident system
