Bilingual CPAP Therapy Clinician

Use English and Cantonese or Mandarin to support Markham patients managing sleep apnea with CPAP therapy at MRC Healthcare. Clear communication is central.

This CPAP Clinician position combines patient education, therapy follow-up, equipment setup, and daily clinic administration. You will explain technical information sensitively, communicate concerns to healthcare professionals, and coordinate care with physicians and sleep clinics. Healthcare sales experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients about operation, cleaning, and maintenance
• Complete prescribed equipment setups within scope
• Troubleshoot mask fit, comfort, and therapy barriers
• Communicate patient concerns to appropriate professionals
• Collaborate with physicians, sleep clinics, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Effective English communication skills
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin communication ability
• Previous healthcare-setting sales experience required
• Clear, sensitive explanation of technical information
• Preferred CPAP, respiratory, or sleep medicine experience
