This growth opportunity supports full-cycle recruitment for The Pod Group’s clients. You will develop recruitment strategies, manage searches, conduct interviews, and assist with HR assignments. The work includes research, analysis, administration, labour relations, and policy support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment strategies that address client requirements
• Support client searches through administration and interviews
• Develop hiring and interview processes for candidate assessment
• Assist with labour relations, grievances, and policy administration
• Support health and safety and performance management assignments

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Currently completing studies, graduating in 2026
• CHRP pursuit or completion considered an asset
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Organization and project management skills with self-motivation
