Franchise Operations Training Lead

Use operational analysis and implementation expertise to support Fix Network franchisees remotely across Canada, with travel to locations and restoration sites. Coach teams toward consistent execution.

This Assistant Manager, Performance, Training & Implementation role supports franchisees through performance improvement and operational consistency. You will analyze trends, guide implementation activities, and adapt training materials for operational needs. The position also supports insurance partner programs, compliance monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support franchisees with performance goals and partner expectations
• Guide demonstrations, onboarding, and implementation activities
• Track adoption, milestones, issues, and training effectiveness
• Adapt training materials to address operational requirements
• Prepare updates on performance, training, and implementation activities

Requirements:

• Three to five years of relevant industry experience
• Strong communication, coaching, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Xactimate
• Comfort traveling to Canadian franchise locations
