Use cosmetics selling skills and consultative expertise to help customers discover beauty products and services at Shoppers Drug Mart. Support sales through knowledgeable demonstrations.
The Beauty Specialist maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs while creating a positive customer environment. You provide makeup and skincare consultations, demonstrate applications, and explain beauty products and services. You also promote PC Optimum, eClienteling, and appointments for in-store events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sit-down makeup and skincare consultations
- Demonstrate makeup and skincare product application
- Exhibit and promote company products and services
- Market products and promote PC Optimum participation
- Attend vendor schools and education workshops
Requirements:
- Proven consultative customer service experience
- Strong cosmetics selling skills and proven sales results
- Good knowledge of beauty products and services
- Independent thinking, planning, judgment, and decision-making
- Ability to bend, stretch, and stock shelves
