Bridal Stylist Customer Experience

Bridal Stylist roles at David’s Bridal center on 5-Star Customer Service, personalized selling, and helping customers find dresses matching their style.

As a Stylist, you provide friendly, empathetic selling experiences while achieving sales and productivity goals. You manage appointments, customer profiles, fitting rooms, measurements, alterations conversations, and store presentation. You report to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and adapt communication to their needs
• Prepare appointments, fitting rooms, and customer profiles
• Identify gowns within the first three try-ons
• Promote alterations, personalization, and future appointments
• Maintain store standards, transactions, and promotional readiness

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• Preferred retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty stores
• Preferred computerized point-of-sale system experience
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
