Experienced Bakery Shipping Coordinator

Bring shipping accuracy and forklift skills to Wonderbrands at Amherst Bakery, coordinating orders, inventory, and trailer loading in an active environment.

As an experienced Shipper, you will prepare finished bakery products for accurate, timely shipment. The work includes order picking, shipping documentation, inventory monitoring, trailer inspection, and material handling. You will maintain safety, food safety, quality, sanitation, and accuracy standards while communicating with Shipping, Production, drivers, and Site Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time
• Load finished products into trailers according to requirements
• Verify quantities, codes, dates, and shipping information
• Complete manifests, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Maintain inventory, product levels, and shipping-area organization

Requirements:

• Minimum two years shipping or order-picking experience
• Accurate mathematics and shipping-information reconciliation skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to perform warehouse physical requirements safely
