Job description
Lead facility operations, budgets, and maintenance as a Facility Supervisor overseeing complex properties and client relationships. Work spans safety, efficiency, and asset performance.
As Facility Supervisor, you manage the financial and operational performance of one facility or a regional group. You serve as the primary BGIS representative for daily client and tenant contact. The work includes people leadership, building systems, contracts, and service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teams, set objectives, and evaluate performance
- Develop budgets and reforecast monthly allocations
- Maintain HVAC, life safety, and building systems
- Coordinate daily activities with clients and tenants
- Monitor contract indicators and develop action plans
Requirements:
- Five to ten years in property or facility management
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of building standards and requirements
- Facility management or property management accreditation
