Pay Rate
- HCW: $22 per hour
- HCA: $25 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Every shift may look a little different, but you’ll always be making someone’s day better. Duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care and medication reminders
- Light meal prep and housekeeping (sometimes it’s just a warm cup of tea and a chat)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients to appointments (medical escorts )
- Being a calm, friendly presence they can count on
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Flexible availability for short and long shifts
- A Care Aide certificate and BC Registry Number (preferred, not mandatory)
- A positive attitude , punctuality, and a genuine kindness
- A reliable vehicle and clean criminal record check
