Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client circumstances, motivators, concerns, and financial goals
• Deliver client-centric advice and resolve concerns at first contact
• Address complex credit and investment needs appropriately
• Educate clients about digital self-service and channel choices
• Build relationships supporting client acquisition and retention

Requirements:

• Valid Mutual Funds accreditation through recognized Canadian coursework
• Completed DFSA designation outside Quebec, or Quebec certificate
• Two to three years financial services sales experience
• Experience handling credit and investments
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
