Night Shift Dock Worker

Unload and load freight overnight with Manitoulin Transport, using forklift experience and handheld devices in a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Keep shipments moving safely.

As a Dock Worker, you will support inbound and outbound P&D trailer operations. The work includes freight sorting, reweighing, cubing, and documenting overages, shortages, and damages. You will also prepare first delivery loads using a computer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound and load outbound P&D trailers
• Document freight overages, shortages, and damages
• Reweigh and cube freight as required
• Sort freight and maintain claim-free movement
• Keep warehouse and yard areas clean

Requirements:

• Forklift experience is required for this position
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform heavy lifting
• Ability to follow Health & Safety and Company policies
• Computer and handheld device experience are assets
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
