Zwilling Canada Retail Keyholder

As Keyholder, you will represent ZWILLING products, programs, technology, promotions, and advertising. You will apply selling techniques, answer product questions, and uphold customer service standards. The position also includes team collaboration and supervisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product insights on features, materials, technology, and functionality
• Use selling techniques to finalize sales and meet revenue goals
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and store appearance
• Assist with training and supervising part-time employees
• Enforce store standards when managers are absent

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of retail experience
• Foundational understanding of team leadership
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Weekend, evening, and statutory holiday schedule flexibility
