Job description
Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networks, and business applications as Stirling Marathon’s temporary full-time IT Support and Systems Technician.
This technician provides day-to-day support across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, phones, connectivity, and business applications. The work also covers e21 ERP, SQL queries, reports, dashboards, system maintenance, documentation, security procedures, and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, printer, phone, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, SharePoint, e21 ERP, and business applications
- Monitor ERP errors, EDI transactions, backups, and security alerts
- Maintain workstations, servers, networks, wireless infrastructure, and peripherals
- Assist with deployments, testing, training, documentation, and improvements
Requirements:
- Two to three years of practical IT experience
- Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, PC hardware, and troubleshooting knowledge
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers, networking, backups, and cybersecurity
- SQL database experience, including queries, data issues, reports, or dashboards
- Ability to communicate clearly, work independently, document, and escalate appropriately
