Food Manufacturing Quality Technician

Perform chemical and physical testing at TreeHouse Foods in Brantford, Ontario, using laboratory techniques and analytical judgment on site. This full time, first shift contract supports private label griddle products.

As a Quality Technician, you will evaluate analytical data to maintain product quality and reliability. The work includes quality control testing, regulatory requirements, instrumentation, and Laboratory Data Management System accuracy. You will support production through sampling, audits, decisions, and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and physical product testing
• Make accept or reject decisions on samples
• Communicate testing results with other departments
• Audit packaging materials and raw ingredients
• Maintain procedures and laboratory safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Science or food degree strongly preferred
• One to three years quality or laboratory experience preferred
• Familiarity with testing techniques and regulatory requirements
• Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organization
