The Brick Sales Consultant

Customer-focused sales consultants can build relationships at The Brick while applying product knowledge and multitasking skills in retail. This position offers commission-based selling.

The Brick is expanding its sales force across fabulous retail locations. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers through relationship selling, maintain knowledge of products and services, and work with others toward shared and personal goals. The role requires organization, computer learning, and flexibility across shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling
• Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services
• Work with others toward common and personal goals
• Establish rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
• Multitask while staying organized during sales activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least eighteen years old
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Customer-focused attitude and team-oriented approach
