Kitchen Steward: Dishwashing & Prep Expert

The Civic Hotel is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to support the kitchen team. The role involves operating a main dishwashing machine, hand washing, and keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized throughout the shift.

You will assist with basic prep and other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef and Head Chef. Responsibilities include washing chinaware, glassware, and utensils, mopping and sweeping, and maintaining overall hygiene of the Food and Beverage department.
