Cycling Apparel Product Developer

Help develop ALTORI cycling apparel through fit reviews, technical documentation, and hands-on sample work in a freelance contract.

This senior product development assignment supports an existing collection and future products. You will assess riding-position fit, refine construction, evaluate performance fabrics and trims, and translate feedback into practical factory instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review current samples and technical documentation
• Measure garments against specifications during fittings
• Translate rider feedback into prioritized product improvements
• Evaluate fabrics, zippers, grippers, labels, and other components
• Confirm changes with manufacturing partners and follow commitments

Requirements:

• Experience developing cycling, outdoor, endurance, or performance sportswear
• Pattern corrections supporting balance, mobility, and riding comfort
• Practical sewing with stretch and technical performance fabrics
• Experience working directly with factories
• Strong project management, prioritization, and follow-up habits

Use cycling apparel expertise, fit judgment, and supplier coordination to move ALTORI products toward production.
