HVAC Service Dispatch Coordinator

Coordinate HVAC service dispatches for HTS Engineering Ltd. using strong computer skills and clear technician communication. This contract role supports daily field service operations.

As a Service Coordinator, you will dispatch technicians, work orders, and trips through HTS software and web-based programs. You will support parts coordination, purchase orders, job information, and incoming service requests. The position requires at least one year of dispatch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch technicians, work orders, and daily service trips
• Follow up on missing site and technician information
• Attach documents and maintain the dispatch dashboard
• Coordinate parts, locations, orders, and estimated arrival times
• Enter technician time entries and review service requests

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of dispatch experience
• Strong computer skills using software and web-based programs
• High commitment to customer service
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
