Delpath supports an enterprise client seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst for its Commercial Global Engineering team. The contractor contributes to ideation, design, development, and implementation within the Business Banking Salesforce ecosystem. The work focuses on continuous improvement, platform availability, and application issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and analyze business requirements for system enhancements
- Ensure Salesforce platform availability and resolve application issues
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Gather and refine technical specifications and requirements
- Support risk and compliance controls across daily operations
Requirements:
- Eight or more years as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Service, and Sales Cloud
- Two or more years using Salesforce tools across SDLC stages
- Extensive Salesforce requirements gathering and integration experience
- Accredited Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
