Senior Observability Systems Administrator

Lead enterprise observability at BCLC with Dynatrace administration, platform integration, and operational visibility across British Columbia. Most work can be remote within BC.

This permanent, full-time Systems Administrator 3 serves as a senior technical resource for application and service architecture. You will translate requirements into enterprise solutions while supporting monitoring platforms, application performance management, and service assurance. The role partners with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, integrate, upgrade, and support Dynatrace platforms
• Design monitoring solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and containers
• Lead complex incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration
• Develop automation and integrations using APIs, scripting, and enterprise tooling
• Coach peers and staff through training and mentoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and industry-recognized professional courses
• Four to six years of relevant experience
• At least three years in senior technical roles
• Experience optimizing Dynatrace or comparable observability platforms
• Advanced skills in cloud, scripting, APIs, and system integrations
