The Brick Furniture Sales Consultant

Use relationship selling and customer service skills as a Sales Consultant with The Brick, Canada’s biggest home furnishings retailer. Commission sales experience is supported.

The Brick is expanding its sales force and seeking enthusiastic people with customer-focused attitudes. This role suits team-oriented individuals who build rapport quickly and support customers through purchases. You will maintain knowledge of Brick products and services while working toward personal and common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through relationship selling during purchases
• Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services
• Establish rapport with customers quickly and effectively
• Work with others toward common and personal goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and all required shifts
