Online Banking Implementation Manager

Deliver online banking implementations for Central 1 by translating client needs into actionable requirements and effective software solutions. Work collaboratively across client and engineering teams.

This Project Manager, Payments Delivery role supports financial institutions throughout discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and launch. You will create Statements of Work, impact analyses, change orders, implementation guides, and user guides. Business analysis and project management experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key client contact throughout project lifecycles
• Translate business needs into clear engineering requirements
• Clarify requirements and validate solutions with engineering teams
• Coordinate functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Support clients through UAT, go-live, and post-launch activities

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of relevant professional experience
• Three-plus years in consulting or project management
• University degree with an IT-focused related discipline
• Ability to build strong, lasting client relationships
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines across multiple projects
