Job description
Build Java cloud services and backend APIs at Autodesk while contributing to scalable platforms and AI-powered capabilities for customers worldwide.
Autodesk seeks a Software Developer for its Platform & Emerging Technologies team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain software while contributing to cloud services, data platforms, APIs, SaaS solutions, and intelligent platform capabilities. Collaboration spans developers, architects, product managers, and UX designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Build cloud services, APIs, backend services, and platform capabilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Java code
- Develop automated tests and troubleshoot production software issues
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Two to five years of software development experience
- Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with Spring Boot or willingness to learn
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, and web services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
