Diversity Equity Inclusion Program Specialist

Shape inclusive workplace programs at Northbridge through DEI strategy, employee engagement, and trusted relationships across a flexible hybrid work model.

As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist, you will develop and deliver programs, events, and initiatives supporting belonging. You will collaborate with leaders, employees, teams, and Employee Resource Groups to strengthen Northbridge’s culture. Your work will include awareness campaigns, learning opportunities, inclusive practices, and stakeholder partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver DEI programs, events, and initiatives
• Support employee engagement activities and awareness campaigns
• Partner with Employee Resource Groups and employee-led initiatives
• Create opportunities for connection, learning, and dialogue
• Support inclusive workplace practices and evolving DEI best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Three or more years in a DEI-focused role
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide DEI programs or campaigns
• Knowledge of DEI trends, legislation, and accessibility requirements
• Clear presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills
