- Manage projects from A to Z: estimating, execution, and delivery.
- Manage clients, contracts, budgets, costs, and schedules.
- Collaborate with superintendents on procurement and manpower requirements.
- Oversee CWB certification and audits.
Skills and qualifications :
Ideal Profile
Autonomous, organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented professional with strong leadership skills. Able to manage multiple projects, make quick decisions, and build strong client relationships.
Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in millwright / industrial mechanics.
- Experience in project management and team supervision.
- Ability to read mechanical and layout drawings.
- Experience with industrial equipment installation.
- Contract management and cost control experience.
- Functional French and English.
- Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
