Supportive Resident Services Attendant Role

Elevate the quality of life for seniors with Verve Senior Living as a Certified Resident Services Attendant. This position emphasizes compassionate care and resident individuality in a supportive setting.
You will play a key role in our community by aiding residents in achieving their daily living goals. Under the leadership of the Health & Wellness Manager, you will implement care strategies while respecting each resident's preferred lifestyle. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving residents’ well-being and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized care plans for residents
• Foster residents' independence in daily activities
• Observe and report on health changes accurately
• Maintain organized and safe living environments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Aide or PSW program
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required
• Experience in senior care is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with reliability
