Senior Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate heavy civil and mechanical construction projects as a Senior Project Coordinator, using scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation skills daily. This full-time permanent role supports project delivery.

Working for a mid-sized infrastructure contractor, the Senior Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Commissioning Manager. The position covers construction scheduling, time and material coordination, cost tracking, documentation, and project reporting. It also supports management development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling construction works and acquiring materials
• Coordinate equipment, subtrades, and commissioning activities
• Maintain RFI, RFQ, submittal, and change-order records
• Track job costs, progress, forecasts, and safety information
• Archive project documentation and support project close-out

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in science, engineering, or construction management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to learn
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and work ethic
